Welcome to BOEN JIAMEI. The service is operated by BOEN JIAMEI LTD. By registering, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

The service provides third-party access to Turnitin® originality and AI content detection through a web console and API. We are not affiliated with Turnitin, LLC. Turnitin® is its registered trademark.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep passwords and API keys secure, and revoke exposed keys immediately.

3. Payments and refunds

Credits are consumed according to document size and report type. Platform-side failures are refunded automatically. Subscription and credit refund details are described in the Refund policy.

4. Your content

You retain intellectual property rights in submitted documents. You grant us temporary processing rights needed to upload the document, generate reports, and store results for the selected retention period. We do not use submitted documents for model training or commercial analysis.

5. Prohibited use

• Reselling or sharing API keys outside approved multi-customer isolation
• Bypassing rate limits, forging payment evidence, or scanning interfaces
• Submitting documents you are not authorized to process
• Using the service in violation of applicable law or academic-integrity rules

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but upstream Turnitin outages, rate limits, blocks, or policy changes can affect availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
