This policy explains how BOEN JIAMEI collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: email, password hash, and optional display name.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. We store order IDs, amounts, and refund references, not card numbers.
- Submitted documents: PDF, DOCX, or TXT files uploaded for report generation.
- Security logs: IP address, user agent, request time, and session cookies for login and abuse prevention.
2. How we use information
- Generate Similarity and AI reports
- Process billing, invoices, subscriptions, and refunds
- Perform security auditing, rate limiting, and abuse detection
- Send transaction-related emails such as password resets and receipts
We do not use submitted documents for AI model training or commercial analysis.
3. Retention
- Original documents are deleted automatically after the configured report window and can be manually deleted earlier.
- Report PDFs and JSON artifacts follow your account retention settings.
- Account records are retained while the account exists; audit records may be anonymized after closure.
- Payment orders are retained as required by tax and accounting rules.
4. Sharing
We share data only when needed to provide the service, including Turnitin processing, payment providers, cloud infrastructure, or lawful requests.

You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or data export by emailing support@njbejm.cn.
